The project aims to enhance climate change adaptive agricultural practices and increase market competitiveness in 15 indigenous communities in Mondulkiri and Stung Treng through the formation of farmer cooperatives, technical training in modern agricultural techniques, implementation of climate-resilient practices, organization of market groups, capacity building in product packaging, conducting market surveys, establishing supply contracts, supporting local markets, and engaging with the private sector for improved access to credit and resources.
